Minute Taking Service

I provide an in-person Minute Taking Service for organisations within the areas of Newton-le-Willows, Warrington, St Helens, and Wigan areas.   Additional locations may be possible subject to distance. 

Your portable Minute Taker

It all starts with a phone call or an email, whichever you are comfortable with, to discuss the meeting type, timings, venue, and your requirements for the sort of minutes you need, together with anything else I need to know.    

I then confirm the work to you with my fee. 

Independent and Impartial

I am an independent Minute Taker and I use my own equipment.   I type in real time as your meeting takes place.  

Confidentiality & Data Security

I adhere to strict confidentiality and data security protocols.  I am registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office for Data Protection and I issue all clients with my Security Protocols and Data Processing Agreement on appointment.  

Efficient After-Care

Following your meeting, I provide you with the overview actions with 24 hours of the meeting, and the draft minutes within 5 working days. 

Types of Meetings 

I am able to minute a variety of meetings, including AGMs, Board Meetings, Senior Team Meetings, Steering Group Meetings, Local Group Meetings, HR Meetings & Hearings.  

Pricing

All meetings are priced as follows:

1 hour of meeting = £50

This fee includes the time spent at the meeting and an hour to transcribe and type up the minutes.  

So, as an example, a 2-hour meeting will be £100.

Travel expenses are additional.
